Refund Policy
Invalid transfers reported inside the buffer are returned as account credit. Orders are otherwise non-refundable once delivered or activated.
Valid drop reasons: wrong age, no bank draft, unlicensed state, duplicate, or the consumer never asked for an agent. Quote during a valid drop does not lock the charge. Completed sales and talk-time past the buffer are billable.
